Connection Properties

The Connection Properties tab provides the ability to view and update the properties of connections.

Available operations:

  • View the properties of the connection
    • Fields available (read only)
      • Name – Name of the connection
      • Source Server – Name of the source server
        • SCCM
        • AD
        • SQL
        • MySQL
        • VMware
      • Source Server Port – Port of the source server
        • SCCM – 1433
        • AD – 3268
        • SQL – 1433
        • MySQL – 3306
        • VMware – 3306
      • Data Object – Data object to query
        • SCCM – Source database
        • AD – Organizational unit
        • SQL – Source database
        • MySQL – Source database
        • CSV – Folder path
        • Druva – Authentication token
        • VMware – vCenter
      • User Name – User account used to connect to the source server
        • SCCM – SQL Authentication
        • MS SQL – SQL Native
        • MySQL – User-Pass
        • Intune – Windows Authentication
        • ServiceNow – User-Pass
        • CrashPlan – User-Pass
        • VMware – User-Pass
      • User Password – Password of the user account used to connect to the source server

  • Update the properties of the connection. Click the Change Properties button or hyperlink to enter edit mode.  In edit mode, click the Update button to save any changes to the properties.  Click the Cancel button to exit edit mode.
