ReadyWorks provides the ability to upload attachments as either files (Uploaded File) or links (External URL) to associate documents with assets, lists, waves and tasks. Attachments can be found on the Attachments page and Attachments tab when viewing the properties of assets, lists, waves or tasks.
Available operations:
- Create new attachments by clicking on the New Attachment button
- View a list of attachments uploaded to ReadyWorks
- Columns available
- Id (hidden by default) – ReadyWorks system Id of the attachment
- Name – Name of the attachment
- Description – Description of the attachment
- Type – Type of attachment (Uploaded File or External URL)
- Filter by Uploaded File, External URL
- Links – Total number of assets, lists, waves and tasks linked to the attachment
- Date Created – Date the attachment was created
- Columns available
- View the properties of attachments by clicking the hyperlink of the Name field
- Download attachments by selecting an attachment (row) and clicking the Download Attachment button on the toolbar
- Delete attachments by selecting an attachment (row) and clicking the Delete Attachment button on the toolbar
- You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, view full screen, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
